9 times out of 10 just clean your cache if you don't know how to do it.... try CCleaner    https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download

Ive used it for years very safe and completely free.

I used to use it on my old PC.

The radar echoes are shrinking faster and smaller with each update, i cannot see where the pepping up is going to come from?

We are still at 0.5'c and -1.4'c dew point, there is a gentle thaw going on, with snow still falling. Surely we should be well below zero by now?

I know it sounds awful, but I wouldn't be surprised to wake up to rain and all the snow melted come the morning

Still fine snow coming down... The sheer weight of over 12 hours of snow is quite apparent and has completely split one of my trees (not in this shot.)

no thaw here -0.5C, stopped snowing though, slight advantage I'm further north, if clear skies reach me, could be -5C

Just popping in from the North West thread to see how everyone got on.

Animate this

Looks to me like there is a bit of a fresh injection into the band and will keep snowing for several more hours.

Nice one.

Yes, but more people lived within emergency-walking distance of their work then. It only becomes a problem when all the school staff and caretakers, etc., live where they must use a vehicle to reach their work.

Snowing  moderately again now.

I tend to agree - where is it coming from?

However my temps are still OK  at 0.0C and the dew point is at -1.0C

No snow here, not for a while, it says light snow from 9pm but not holding my breath.

Up at 6.30am to drive to work, should be ok. (south).
