Shower stopped now, it was encouraging to see, put a bit of slushy snow on some surfaces, but we need to get the temps down next. DPs are OK but air temp is still hovering around 3C which usually means it'll disappear quick once it stops falling.

None here in Lawley & Overdale-ish, Telford! But I hope to wake up to some! :)

Although frustratingly it's still above freezing so I'm guessing it won't settle on the ground overnight unless the temps dip more than is forecast?

And have you seen what XC has just forecast for Sunday? We're not going to be able to open doors!

TF3, Telford, as just updated by XC:

How come you can't see people's location annoying In times like this. Great to see Telford snow shield gone rest of the Midlands waits. I am in Oldbury btw. Good luck all.

Nothing here in Shrewsbury Town centre, road looks dry and nothing falling. radar looks promising for showers overnight.

Just looked out to see snow falling and instantly white everywhere!! Can’t believe how quick and easy that settled

Quite a hefty shower of soft hail/snow pellets underway here in South Staffs.

Melted now; hey ho

I did say to mrs dusk earlier, however, that seeing snow falling that is lit up by a street light is strangely appealing (and I hate winter on a cellular level)
