i hope the berkshirians don't get most of the snow, wasted on them:oops:

Why exactly is it wasted on us? You got far more during the last spell.

I just want to see some snow on the ground. So far, we’ve had a small accumulation on cars, but nothing of significance.

Interesting, we are Deffo warming up no doubt the climate has under gone massive changes even in 90 years.

Nothing new here. It has happened before. Just going through a cycle.

No you can’t extrapolate by that, in fact the early 20thC was just as warm if more?

All these recent snow event(s) have had very little blocking or zilch it doesn’t help matters when you want cold air to be advected this is why there has been such a marginal element.

I meant globally, sorry I didn't explain very well.

And how about them snowy breakdowns, not had any of them for what seems like 20 years or so? Used to get them all the time, couple hours really heavy snow, turning sleety, graupel, then drizzle, used to settle like crazy and only melt slowly.

Thing is no matter the climate warming up, AGW, what ever the reasons, if we don't get blocks setting up shop in the right places you can forget it!:(

If only the PPN could slow down as it came over us, or stalled, that never happens though.

Always feel a little cheated that it rained  at Christmas, but I appreciate that people won't of wanted snow if they had to travel etc.  Not overly excited about any snow although the cooling breeze outside in my hungover state is most welcome.  I expect it will rain/snow/rain and I won't even notice it. I need my bed.:lazy:
