    I never expect to initially see snow looks like a icy mix not had for near sea level..

    Weather for the week ahead saying gales or severe gales across Kent for the (nearly) channel low Monday. Possible sleet/snow on western flank. So back edge wintry stuff as cold t850s dig down before pulling away I'm guessing... cool to see folks reporting wintry stuff tonight. Enjoy it peeps!!

    Maybe we’re just too far south. I think our best chances are with an easterly from a scandi high. This is just too marginal for us :(

    Just had what I can only describe as a short spell of incredibly fine snow here in Romford....settling readily on cars but melting as soon as it stopped.  Bodes well for later, hopefully :)

    Taken a short while ago and it's still snowing although radar seems stuck holding me right on a knife edge before slush and has been for the last 30 or 40 mins!
