Dew point just too high here. Looks like I'll be missing out again :wallbash: We're supposed to be moving house in the next year and I can't bl**dy wait.

What instruments are you using to get your dew point? As the dew point cannot be higher than the air temperature.

If you are already 86m above sea level, then you have been seriously unlucky!

THe wife has sent me a video of the snow back in Chingford - looking quite heavy and settling on the grass at least!

Edit: At Work in Covent Garden and snowing here. Nothing settling here to be expected

Cant wait to het home later

heavy snow here in orpington means very heavy at home

the forecast of accumulations over 400 feet are spot on!

lookinh at the radar im expecting 5-6 cm at west kingsdown & 2-4 at home

Steve,

ill be interested to hear how you get on driving home later.

I’ll be heading from London to New Barn via the A20.

Do do you think I’ll need to plan a different route?

Cheers

I suspect my dp may well be b*ggered as I'm only using a Netatmo. I'm not even convinced the air temp is correct either as it reckons the lowest temp last night was 0.8 ? I'll need to sort this out.

Been moderate /heavy wet snow here since 9am. Temp 0.5 dp 1? Settling on cars, roofs and grass but can't see it sticking!

Monstrous sized flakes falling in Southend. We are going that grey colour on surfaces now.

it's stopped here just flakes blowing in the wind on canvey - top of my road is the sea wall at the point looking straight across to Leigh.
