2.5c and main roads are pretty clear. I imagine most of the snow will be gone by today.

Dew points look just the wrong side of zero for areas threatened by precip. Even Wycombe at 600 feet is just above. guess it comes down to whether you can just drag a few tenths off the number to keep it snow and then that should keep it there. as the system tracks further nw, numbers should drop so potential for rain to turn to snow, moreso at elevation.

I’ve just got the train from benfleet to west horndon for work, west horndon is rural Brentwood, I’m not kidding it’s pelting down with snow here, doesn’t look like it’s rained at all although all roads are clear and slight thaw

We are forecast heavy snow for all of southeast, just wait trust me it will come, similar to yesterday, read it’s due to the warm sea temperatures at this early stage of winter
