We forecasters love to tempt fate...

9z UKV in ups the snow totals for a line from E Berks to S Suffolk tomorrow, could be 5-7cm or so on that.

Could you just jinx Farnham for me please?

Just look at the charts for Christmas, 12c-14 c as expected,

These days I personally class a white Christmas as snow when the decorations are up, it's just asking way too much to happen on the day. My tree went up yesterday so result!

Heavy snow again here. So marginal, but still exciting.

Nice, thanks for the info Nick! Become much lighter snow here now, got 1-2 inches so not bad at all. Is the front meant to pivot and exit south east?

Excellent fall here now. Best for years!

Epping Forest is the sweet spot!

Just down the road from Epping Forest I Chingford. Have a good 2/3 inches here, still snowing moderately!

Lukey, can you explain in layman’s language what that means and will it have an effect on SW20 9DN London, thanks

London is mainly in the rain zone now - possibly won’t be seeing any white stuff.

Yeah it's on its way out now, will likely be a slow thaw this afternoon.
