Has the system reached it's most Northern extent? Anyone seeing snow now should continue to see snow for the next few hours I'd imagine. Cold air seems to be returning, big wet flakes have turned into smaller, drier flakes.

Very heavy snow in Chingford. Everything white! Fair play to the Netweather amateurs - beat the UKMO and the BBC.

Last 15 minutes turned to heavy snow and starting to settle, Mile End East London

Had some in South Norwood but now it's turned back to rain, was nice to see a dusting though even if it's only going to be brief it seems.
