Some models have us in the game others are about 20 miles North I think some high points near us may do okay.. If we see the 00z runs shift south then yes game on

Let’s hope the trend is our friend!

At zero altitude in the middle of the London heat island I don't think you will see anything but rain. Maybe a trip up the shard could yield a flake!

Not quite zero seven whole meters! May as well be typically it's a tad colder usually 1C compared to central we'll see I think I'll see some snow falling.

Is it just me or all that precipitation falling in Ireland and France right now should have been snow and not rain? Anyway just expecting rain as usual.

Hopefully this winter we can get an easterly to actually dump some snow in suffolk.... :wallbash:

ECM keeps us on the cold side of the jet for at least the next six days. Slightly less cold is how I would describe next week ?

Yep! I'm cautiously optimistic about tomorrow, and good to see Chris Fawkes of the Beeb acknowledging this.

It’s very cold out there good for cooling down of the ground temps, current temperature 1.5C and dew point -1C.

Ground temps are already amply cold enough for settling snow thankfully. Perfect time of year for it with the weak sun.

Does this mean (with the update) that Bedford could/should be in Amber warning? The BBC has had me in Amber all day although when I tweeted Met0, I was told deffo in the yellow. If it snows, tomorrow hinges if we go to MK or not.
