It's developing into quite a band of rain, sleet and snow now..

Doesn't seem to be weakening or fizzling out as it moves inland either, surprise snowfall? Certainly looks like a trough has formed

Heading just south of West though so won't reach us unless the trough it's self is heading south.

For all you experts out there, what would it take for the snow to stall over the SE?

A Thames streamer.

Seriously thought if it comes in south enough and then performs the swivel over us before clearing se. It is to far north for that though, it'll probably do that in the Midlands.

I. Know it was a type of snowfall that stalls in one area till conditions change though. And is really the best type of stalled snow down here.

The sort of snow chart that really winds us SE contingent up. All together now....

?Snow to the north of us, snow to south here I am, stuck in the middle with rain?

Check out the BBC weather forecast and you will be surprised what is being shown in parts of the SE on Friday......SNOW :D

Tonight's GFS 18Z is agreeing with the MetO's snow forecast for parts of the SE tomorrow :)

This means the Cheshire Gap Streamer will be amplified :hi:
