Well that was an interesting drive in, will upload the dash cam footage later of me nearly ploughing into a fallen tree. How I stopped I don't know and how my brother didn't go into my back no idea. Not very big, we moved it out the way but enough for me to set the ABS off.

Once again, the north Surrey wind tunnel takes effect..

After a very windy night my local train station had bundles of leaves inside it with a cleaner attempting to clear it all up in his 30 mins allotted time  , this morning is calm with bright skies and light winds and still on the mild side . Not getting too excited but i see some models keeping with the wintry precipitation for some tomorrow night .

Could be a wintry mix tonight only expect some wet snow mixed in with rain / sleet but still we barely saw any of this the past few winters

Latest NMM has really upgraded the snow potential for tonight

Worth noting the APERGE and Euro4 are having none of it and show it as a rain event/barely getting further North than South London. Higher ground will be best but I think for many, just plain old rain

Strange that the Met Office is showing no rain for Northants for the rest of the day although my weather station suggesting 6.1mm by the end of the day.

Well that was a breezy old night, gusts exceeding 50mph locally at times. Today has been fairly decent with over 4 hours of sunshine but windy throughout. Still not at all bad for the time of year though.

I see there's a bit of excitement in the model thread for possible snow here (over the triangle) on 30th nov/1st dec.

I doubt we'll have to worry,

Very windy night and early this morning. A bit of brightness later and 12C at lunchtime

Turned colder this evening as it got dark, and I couldn't seem to get warm. Extra jumper now on :)

Normally I’d be happy to see the white stuff, however if it could hold off until the 16th when my house move is complete that would be better, so guaranteed blizzard conditions on the 15th :wallbash:

Wind has died down tonight been a blustery day here but lovely and sunny.

Here it is, me dodging trees yesterday morning lol! the time is 1 hour fast, have changed now :)

Also got to a job and a huge branch had come out of a ancient silver birch and landed our side of the fence, luckily it didn't cause any damage to the car that is usually parked in the space. Managed to get the chainsaw out and chop it up.

It's firmly FI folks, and it isn't going to happen, but we can now officially all say hello to the first blob of the season.

I have deemed it important to remember these blobs and as such will name them.

As we are the south east board they will be names after famous people from our neck of the woods, in Alphabetical order.

This is Blob Antionette Sibley, a Ballerina from Bromley.

Quiet, fairly cloudy day here. Chilly at 7C with light winds.
