Will go for 6.8*C please. Likely cool start perhaps with a milder middle. Then maybe a chillier spell towards the end - a cold wintry shot from the North or North-East with some blocking to the West and a -NAO signature developing (that’s what I hope anyway, lol)

A closer to average month compared to October - thanks to a much quieter atlantic allowing ridge development at times, bringing some cold nights, and with a propensity for winds to steer more from the north than SW. 

I will go for 6.5 degrees.

12z GFS paints quite an average picture for the first week of November, potentially slightly below average.

Not sure we can get cooler than last November though which was the last proper below average month here. (-1.8c)
