Not premature at all! I would recommend arriving the day before though to get over the jet lag, it does help. Unless you've already booked then never mind! :)

I'll be one of the drivers on Tour 3 so I'll see you there :D

Brilliant cannot wait :) . No I haven't booked yet, I might do what you suggested and get a room the night before, saves rushing around. See you on the tour!

It's not compulsory by any means, but it helps you to recover and if the weather plays ball you can even get a bonus chase on changeover day.

Hey up!

I was going to say the same thing but Nick beat me to it!

Arriving on the 29th May is a good shout! Great way to meet everyone and acclimatise to the Texas humidity and get some well deserved rest before chaos ensues!

I will also be one of your drivers aiming to fly out on the BA193 from LHR with the Famous Tom Lynch!

11 guests, 4 staff. 3 massive SUVs so even though the cars are full it's not uncomfortable :)

Some pictures to whet your appetite whilst w have to put up with the long cold winter. These all taken over the last 4 years on Tour 3

Enjoy

So as you can see its not just the Northern Plains that get impacted for Tour 3, the Southern Plains can still get some action.

Oh my god, I’ve been wanting to do this for years, can’t believe it’s finally happening.... just got to get through the next semester at uni. Hopefully dynamics and vector calculus doesn’t cause too many problems for me.

Met degree? Dynamics and vector calculus are deeply unhappy memories of mine.

See you on Tour 3 :D

Yeah I’m studying geophysics and meteorology at Edinburgh uni, lots of maths and physics though and I didn’t get to do any meteorology courses until the start of second year which kind of sucked.
