Looks to me like she is going to track right along the coast but I guess we will find out soon!

Its a strange world Pete, I recon Irma has actually saved lives in Florida, a dip in gun crime and fatal car crashes perhaps?

Marco Island recorded 130mph, so definitely a bit windier than your typical British autumn storm, I think.

I've actually seen a few people trying to make out that hurricanes are no worse than British wind storms.. do people really believe this?
