The forecast for Peterborough this morning was for peak temperatures of 27/28, but instead it's only 23 with 100% cloud cover. 

How was such substantial cloud cover not forecast! As I'm guessing this is the major blocker for any storms forming midland and moving north?

Met office app says no...euro4 says no. So...maybe next time.
