Does anyone know what the lightning is like at Peterborough?

I'm 16 miles or so north of Peterborough and been having a great display for last half hour or so with constant distant grumbles. Too many trees in my way though unfortunately

Lightning in the channel seems to be getting more and more frequent

Looking NW from here in Rochester, *I* can see the structure of the cell NW of London through lightning. Amazing, and clearly massive. I've got to be close to 100 miles away

Above my head. I can see a planet and a plethora of stars.

200 strikes per minute for the storms in the south. Not bad!

I can see flashes from behind the hill, so must be from the northern storms. Not seeing the stuff to the se of me yet.

If you're in N Kent, look north west!  Mind blowing considering the distance between here and there. Honestly, I'm gobsmacked.
