Yep just as I thought, It will all start kicking off soon, just as planned... EURO4 still winning!

Latest Euro4 not quite as awesome but yields some goods nonetheless

Not sure if this means anything, but the grass feels cool underfoot, but the concrete, tarmac and block pavement all feel really, and quite noticeably warm. Urban heat island effect going to have a significant impact, tonight?

Shame the storms off the coast near Torquay have too much of an easterly influence, as it doesn't look like it'll head this way now.

Certainly seems the storm that passed over here earlier has gone up another gear.

I wouldnt worry too much.

A) Plenty building to the south.
B) They wont head NE for long.

That stuff South of exeter will explode when it reaches land. I suspect the south will be very busy soon.

nothing here yet, but getting good outflow and nice cloud formations from the storm complex over hants.....one sferic detected 10 miles from me but I think it as a false return.....nice storm out over Lyme Bay which is heading in this direction, but now wouldn't be surprised to see a rash of storms develop over central Southern England and the West country over  the next few hours as the high theta air makes it presence known with trough destabalisation
