Yeah, you're on android, I don't seem to have the feature on Iphone, but I'm home now anyway and could post files here.....although the time has kinda passed now lol.

On topic.....seen huge towers all around me this afternoon, down near Guildford, then driving back up the M25 past Slough and Uxbridge, I was confident there'd be storms today and now it's all kicking off over Essex and London too it seems.

Some more convection here, dry at the moment but darkening skies and still warm and feeling humid, 25C currently.

Yes, sultry is the word I think! Feels almost like being in Singapore or Bangkok. Have a headache too, sometimes get one when it's thundery.

All things come to those who moan apparently :)...

Unbelievable. Can also hear distant thunder. Happy now. Whoever said moaning was a waste of time? :)

It's not a feature of Android, it's built in to the forum software. If your browser isn't rendering it, then your browser is to blame.

Nice line of storms to SW about to run over Chez Moi near Croydon, frequent thunder rumbling now to the south.

Not sure if it is rumbles from that cell that I can hear or if it's Heathrow planes overhead. As is the nature of these storms, being a few miles north and west of you, we are getting very little bar a downpour a couple of hours ago.

Looks like its the easts turn for thunder this weekend then although not sure if I may have heard a few rumbles earlier. It was definitely our turn for the storms last week.

Enjoy it while you can as there doesn't seem to be much to look for in the near future with atlantic domination.

Fantastic, just heard a very distant but angry peel of thunder @Windblade

Let's hope it holds together :yahoo:

Going to set up tripod and videocamera just in case.

What's the chance of anything developing further north this afternoon/ evening, across East Midlands?

Heard a couple more very distant rumbles but nothing really close. No lightning seen. Thought I saw a funnel earlier but I think it's just scud

Ha ha. Huge crack of thunder at Epsom on the TV. It was a very close strike! Fair frightened the horses!

Sferics in Norfolk.

Thought I heard something but there's a lot of tractor activity locally so possibly a empty trailer bouncing down a track somewhere.
