We always get plenty of ‘wtf’ moments. Maybe it’ll shift north and the south will get one for a change.

I've got heavy show graphic on meto app from 7-9pm... Can't see it happening myself, every shower hitting south of Blackpool passes to the south of me on its NW/SE trajectory.... Expecting zero lying snow tomorrow, too many southerly corrections

A small straw to clutch the radar return over Ireland further north than the GFS? That's one way to track it at least

She is a beauty on the satellite and you can see the movement clearly.

I think by then it be into north Wales and the northwest will certainly be clear of anything disruptive. Certainly be a nail in a coffin.

It's so depressive in here sometimes.. I'm afraid some of you are going to have to diversify in term of interests. I purposely have two main interests, one being Meteorology and the other being exotic gardening. They are completely the opposite of each other in term of snow and cold... But that suits me because I know exotic gardening might be hit hard in cold weather but then we have snow which I also enjoy. If like tonight an event doesn't come off then my exotic plants don't get damaged and it's a win win situation. Either way I get something out of it.

Looking at this just a few flurries in the wind tomorrow around here, this time yesterday it was showing heavy snow symbols pretty much all day. Game over I think.

All glory to the 18z please.

This is too close to call for us lowland coastal Northerners - Cumbria is totally out of it but hopefully the tops will freeze and the usual gullys will be in condition for some early season sport (Great End  - Custs and the Helvellyn East facers)
