Im quite new to reading fax charts but this front over cheshire at lunchtime tomorrow seems off? Its coming from north southwardsD8A06621-3371-4EF1-B83F-1D9E758B87D4.thumb.jpeg.8724bb6e8157b9fc597cdfe1515bf0a8.jpeg

Pivot point.

also,i don't think that trough was there on the last fax chart,so that could enhance our ppn here:D

Sorry but my theory is that Sky are responsible for our promised disruptive snow suddenly heading south. Do you really think that with an estimated 1 in 7 of the worlds population watching Sunday's Manchester and Merseyside derbys' that they wanted something as trivial as a bit of white frozen water to spoil their plans and lose them a fortune in advertising.

Looks like tomorrow’s ship is sailing ( or sliding) south.  Disappointing if it happens, but predictable, systems do shift south in the face of a block of cold air.

Didnt do too bad out of today’s showers, just a shame there was a thaw between each.  5 year old loved making snowmen, sledging etc - so job done really. Light snow now, so can go out with the lad again tomorrow (not sure who enjoys it most!).

So those that have some cover, enjoy it. Who knows if we will get more this winter or not.

Yup, it’s about 100 miles further north than expected currently (the cloud base).

Frustrating that you would have thought the models that have had this nailed over the North West for probably a week now, would have taken this into consideration in the output.....
