With all the snow showers forecast tomorrow a repeat of Dec 17 2010 would be nice, that was a very cold north/North westerly, a streamer setup from the west coast of Wales, started snowing early afternoon and didn't really stop for the rest of the day and overnight. I can but dream.

I can just see it now... mendips will get frequent showers that rapidly melt because they are just showers and I'll see nothing in sheltered trowbridge :nonono:

One of my favourites that one! Was barely mentioned in the forecasts. One downer though was that we had some pretty cold air already in place then as I remember!

Please let someone be older than my 46 years! I've been lurking for many a year on here and even the BBC Snow watch days. Whatever happened to Mr Crazy Snowfan!! ??

That band does look pretty organised if it could just hold together through those Welsh mounds.
