Yes, dropping rapidly tonight, currently down @ 4.4C, could be the last cold night for a week..next week looks to bring the rainfall and higher temperatures back to the area..

Certainly is rapid. Now 3.6°C so not far off last nights low.

Yesterday is best resigned to the forgettable weather drawer!

However a stunning start today with pretty pattern frost and a colourful sunrise enjoyed from the breakfast table, hazy sun and 2.9c now after 1.1c minimum.

An overcast morning hides the sun, currently 6.4°C  after an overnight low of  2.3°C  once the rain had moved away.

A low of 3.3°C this morning. Started off sunny, then clouded over, then back to blue skies again. Currently 11.4°C

After peaking at 10.8°C at: 14:47  the day was really pleasant for some late autumn gardening. The soil whilst damp from yesterdays rainfall, is easy to turn, and my mate the robin loves the extra food I turn up.

What a glorious day to waste at Cribbs!!!!!!!

Do any of the Bristol area people know where the smoke plume to the North of the city comes from? It was billowing straight up this morning and convecting into cumulus! Easily viewable driving West on the M4 then M5 and spoiling a lovely view!

Nice afternoon walking along the beach, sunny and pleasant especially when sheltered from the breeze. Reached 10.1°C this afternoon.

Almost certainly Avonmouth Andy. Many a clear day is ruined by cloud towers from Avonmouth.

Foul day with rain and murk for most of it.

21.6mm have fallen since early morning, but most of that came this afternoon.

MO app suggesting sleet and snow showers on the tops of the moor saturday and sunday. 500 metres plus mind. Even princetown is not included in this. Nice to see some wintery symbols appearing locally again.
