NAE/ euro 4, we need southerly corrections initially, but as the low pulls away there may be a chance of a little snow for some.

lets hope the models have this one slightly wrong and the snow ends up way south eh ;)

Rather a depressing forecast on BBC a few minutes ago. Basically chilly and wet for Sunday and Monday.

I would rather have it cold and dry to keep the frozen dusting we already have from last night.

Big smiles on all you willing some snow over our region.
Not looking at all any possibility of anything wintery around my area.

A pleasant day yesterday and 5c midday, dropped to 1.9c at midnight and 0.2c at 4am.
A slight frost here this morning, 0.6c now, winds moved back Westerly after a day and night of NW.
Winds are now very light 2-4mph, 1019.5 hPa.

Forecasts have strong winds here of 45-55 mph through Sunday and 45mph during the day on Monday. Not really wanting that.

Whatever the red colours on the radar last night over Dorset were, it didn't drop anything to the ground here.  Currently -0.1°C, calm and the sun's up.

Currently -0.8C, with a good air and ground frost. Umbrella at the ready for the next few days I think.

Still hope here have 5 hours of light snow forecast for Monday morning. But fully expecting that to downgrade by this afternoon or the next time I check the app.

In Villa Rica, about 40 Miles west of Atlanta GA, where my folks have a house, they’ve had 6 inches of snow yesterday when they were due 2 inches, it is still snowing and expected to snow for much of Saturday. I can only imagine what it will look like when then wake up. Snow is a very rare event that far south and this is the most significant snow since 1999 there.

Monday interest remains. Could see a few hours of falling snow which would be nice.

Yes.... it’s quite demoralising, I fear it will only get worse before it gets better AJ. Sigh....

 Come south !!!!! Ha

Im pretty far north in the region on the western edge of the mid coltswolds, Stroud.

so any adjustments south may well bring us up here slightly more chance of a covering.
