I'm trying to talk the misses into an overnight stay in the midlands tomorrow night with the kids. for them obviously...

A sure way to induce a big southerly shift LOL

You might be onto something there. If everyone in this thread goes to the Midlands tomorrow night, surely sods law will take over.

Yes avoiding the MOD thread probably advised over the coming days for us in this region. Then again this was posted just now.

Haven’t had a single shower here and nothing much showing on the radar now. :sorry:

Shower activity pepping up now down here on the peninsula. The Mrs just reported a snow flurry back at HQ, the streamers are seemingly starting to realign and get a bit stronger. Local temps are still high so hoping as evening comes the temps drop and we get a bit more going on.

Just been looking through all the individual EC Members, my goodness a lot of them go for a very nice amount of snow for the region. I would say 30+ of the 50 and the Control have us in the snow monday morning. (not sunday) and 20 of them are 4-6 inches plus. We can dream

We need to see this low modelled on the 12z GFS or its an early game over IMO.

So... have we all given up on any shifting of the snowfall area for Sunday.... is that beauty of a snow sweet spot over the Midlands gonna slip South? I think we deserve it more.. LOL :)

Looks like it all eyes on Mondays near miss now

The model runs recorded from 12pm. GFS comes out at 3.30. UKMO at 4pm and ECM at 6pm. Lesser models come out at other times....like ICON
