Some medium Cu around but quite a pleasant morning, Temp 7C and breezy from the NW

Morning all, a sunny yet frosty start to the day. Currently 2.4C after an overnight low of -0.4C. Classic late autumn morning.

Up to 5.0c now, feels like 3.7c.

Lovely walk this morning. Snow was great but just loved this cloud formation. Looks epic.

So yes the snow line was 350 to 400 metres. Not that much but enough to hear the crunch under your foot. Only November!

Heavy hail shower. All go today

Weather warning on met office but i expect the odd cm of snow is mainly reserved for Welch mountains in warning.area.

I expect a frost.

Nice Late autumnal day out there at the moment with a bitingly cold northwesterly breeze and bright sunshine.

Had some frost this morning as well.

I like windy weather the most at this time of year, but i'd much rather this then boring mild drab drizzly weather.

I almost made it. Low of 0.1°C just after midnight.

Decent sleet/hail shower passed over half an hour ago, isolated affair though as clear blue sky has followed on.

Must have cruised through here, as I was working in the garden, clear sky to the N & E, and then rain no.... hail. Winter has arrived, as good as it gets hail is always welcomed. Especially when chasing Tornado's ....oops sorry wrong thread, but you know what I mean 

Darn radar shows little else in the vicinity or heading our way, oh well one hail is good..

A shower was extremely close here. I was willing it away! I have just done a load of concreting, so rain or hail was the last thing I needed. Thankfully it looks much quieter on the radar.

Popped 9.1C herewas nice for a while in the sun, but the wind had a bite to it.

Need to get some "cold" air in first, it's still relative for this time of year with 9C today, that's kinda seasonal, but needs to be colder than that, for anything other than rain I feel.

Low of -0.5C last night and a high of 6.9 today. Absolutely cracking day, though, and managed to get three loads of washing dry on the line. Next weekend looks like it's gonna be even colder.

Time to settle down for the haka. Come on you reds!

Blinking cold here. Sharp frost this morning, hubby scraped my windscreen for me (bless him) by the time I got out the door half an hour later I had to do it again. Heavy sleet shower early afternoon, now clear and blinking freezing again, doubt it's risen above 3-4c all day.

Had to re register for some reason but looking good for nice cold spell now still praying for snow but know it’s v unlikely here on the iow
