Dartmoor looked gorgeous on Sunday with the clear air and sunshine between a few clouds/showers.

First air frost yesterday morning, with a min of -0.8°C

Mostly cloudy at the moment, much milder at 11.8°C and 2.4mm so far from showers overnight.

Suddenly got really dark here despite the front being miles away, it was really bright half an hour ago!

Absolutely tanking it down in Kingsbridge. We're right under the little wiggle of intense rain showing up on the radar. Glad I got home half an hour ago!

The front is through here, rain ceased and multi cloud, Ci, Ac, Cu with some breaks and wind abated

Meanwhile ahead of the front it's been a sunshine and showers morning, breezy and 11.9c .

A drizzly start has just turned very wet with heavy rain! Mild though at 11C.

As is SO typical we see to have the rain dome still in place as the intensity of the rainfall increased once past us to the east. The squall line has seemingly fallen apart just as it approaches the dome..

About 30 seconds of very heavy rain a few minutes ago but other than that fairly light rain for the last hour or so. 4.4mm so far.

Forecast yesterday said outbreaks of rain through the night, then heavy in the morning until around lunchtime. No rain here, and it's not raining now, despite the forecast being changed to heavy rain through until 10pm.

Still chucking it down in Bristol albeit the front edge is clearly visible to the west. Temp down to 7.7C now.

Classic spin from SW to NW in wind direction as the front came through....standing outside in the rain, so refreshing...

Up to 8.4mm now and still raining heavily and the temperatures dropped quite a lot now. 8.9°C.

You got lucky as I have 3.6mm and Mapantz has even less at 2.4mm..

Hello everyone. Part-timer is back for a bit. Coldest night of autumn so far. Down 2.2c and falling.

Had 9.9mm precipitation today. I can see the stars are out through the condensation on the windows. 4.8c. Humidity 91%rh.

Morning all, currently clear bright and sunny after an overnight low of 2.5C, now starting the Gallup upwards at 3.1C.

Got down to 1c this morning. So yes a lovely fresh start to the day. Sun is out great day for a walk with the dog......so here i am in the office for the day

Down to 3°C this morning. A very slow burner in terms of frosts this season. 3 sub-zero minima for the first 8 days of November last year. This year, none.
