Another very wet start to the day after a promising day yesterday started to dry the ground with its strong wind and temperatures up to 12c. Its cooler today at 7c.

Outside  round bales of straw wet again so will use dry ones from the shed today for the cattle.

Oh man, just realised that forecast was for Lauder!

Cannae believe it; up here in Carrbridge and the white crimbo is set for Lauder.

Still, Tuesday and Wednesday hold promise for this neck of the woods.

Well, hee haw forecast here in the way of white stuff, which comes as no surprise. Do I care? Not a jot! Joint cooked, all food prepped for ramorra, wine chosen, and all I have to do is bring it all together in one fell swoop. Piece o' p*sh. May your bellies and glasses be full over the festive period, may you get SNOW, and may you all have the best of times. See you on Boxing Day! :santa-emoji::drunk-emoji::snowman-emoji:

Merry Christmas from a wet Falkirk. Kids tried to wake us up at 4.30 but we managed to squeeze an extra two hours in bed.

Getting a bit cooler here but can't see snow in a million years.

Try this for some festive cheer:

Well it's starting to look promising for some. I have to drive from shotts down to peebles tonight, heading through Forth and carnwath and down through elsrickle as it's the quickest way, just hoping the ST doesn't let me down with it's clumsy feet.

Weather here in NI is awful. Lashing rain and fairly mild! Looking at the forecast for home and thinking I must have been a naughty boy!! This has the potential to be a meteorological sack of coal :wallbash:

I saw a picture of them on Facebook, in the Scotland from the Roadside group.

Cool, made my day when I saw them, been looking for them for a couple of years now.
