Curious Avalanche

This looks fairly normal and harmless (from a distance) at first.
As it hits the lower slopes snow seems very deep but wet and it behaves more like a mud slide.

Seems to behave similar to a lahar rather than an avalanche. Looks like a lot of water, rock and debris mixed in at the later stages.
