Oregon WMR200 A

Recommended Posts

Weather stations are a very new thing for me - just retired so starting a couple of hobbies. Can anyone tell me on the Oregon WMR 200 A console, which end of the Wind direction arrow is pointing in the direction of the wind. There is narrow pointing end but the other is a wide pointer - it is a bit confusing and there is no mention of it in the manual.

If I remember correctly, there's an arrow on the main body of the Anemometer?! That needs to be pointing North, as accurately as possible.

oh hang, I read your post wrong. lol

The thicker end of the arrow points to the direction the wind is coming from
