Hello I've just been lurking around the regional threads to see what's happening in the u.k and I couldn't help but notice the amount of pages you guys have amassed today  44 pages in 8 hrs that is pretty busy and probably the reason why the power keeps flickering.

Or you posting the same post 3 times :D

Colder now so the big flakes have become smaller. Quite slushy though but more of a covering than I expected.

That rapid rain to snow along with how quickly it stuck was pretty special. Can't recall the last time we had near constant rain all day turn like that. Even the infamous thundersnow only briefly started as rain.

Glad you lot south of me got snow, alas here the entire system passed through as rain, not even a flake.

Hope you get lucky tomorrow captain. Thanks for your continued contribution in here .

Sad to say it's already melting here in Medway, dripping off the roofs. Just not cold enough, still a hell of a few hours to see!

Well about an hour of snow here in Ipswich, now raining again. It was just starting to lay as well. Fingers crossed for tomorrow when my kids might get to build their first snowman!
