NW radar certainly taking it's time to catch up on the precip type. Still raining over nearly the whole SE apparently...

It's settling now

I think snow chances this evening for most of us that live at low-levels will depend very much on how quickly the colder and drier arctic air undercuts the rain from the NW - which will relate to how

I've only just realised what a bunch of nutters we all are lol. All this drama for a 'bit' of snow .... I've spent hours if not days n days watching all this unfold .....Now all I'm left with is about

Still just rain here near Ipswich, but don't think we're due to see any potential snow until 7 or 8pm.

Just went outside in a black hoodie and there were bits of ice on it when came back in, not detectable under the street lamp yet.

Visibility dropping fast. Can see why Heathrow did what they did. You wouldn't be able to see across the whole airfield with how it is here right now!

Sleet on cusp of snow now falling in central London, just left Broadcasting House. Feels chilly and there's that familiar smell of snow in the air

Quickly turned to wet snow, let the fun begin. Thankfully I'm off to some leaving drinks so may be stranded surrounded by booze

ALERT ALERT

The change is happening on the mouth of Mother Thames.

Wet snow flakes mixed in with rain now...

And you, a non-believer - do you repent? Are you a snow-believer now...?!
