Well rain for many hours but snow for a few minutes and starting to settle on cars, paths, easily. Should hopefully clear it up for those that think if it rains all day, the snow can'#t settle.

It is put back, and everyone knows what that means.  It is not a good start to the 12s.  If the ECM Moves towards them then the cold spell is in trouble as regards to expectations.  It needs to hold firm. On the plus it has up to now
