    Looks like we might get a cm or 2 on the grass as it's already turning white !

    Newbie  here!

    Just signed up with this great site after many years browsing the very informative and often forums. Still get excited about the (these days) rare appearance or chance of snow even in my advancing years!

    The model discussion forum is a bit feisty at times so will stay well clear of there!

    Still rain here although radar suggests it should be sleet. Might change soon hopefully!

    Thank god this rubbish cold rain is about to clear this area , my interest lies in the snow showers forecasted later.

    Quick temp drop.... winds picked up .....witch then changed the rain to snow clearly shown here!

    Well got to hand it to the MetO they said sleet 3-4 and snow from 4 and they got it bang on.

     

    Currently 1.9oC and SNOWING!!!!!:yahoo:

    AROME gives a lot of CS a good chance unless they're in the lowest valleys such as I am!

    Relatively plenty of precipitation still to come, we might just get a wet snow coverign at this rate after all..
