Cool overnight at 03.4C but nothing exceptional, not like what's shown for next week. Glorious sunshine with some fair weather cloud now.

Yet another failed forecast, in terms of overnight lows. On Sunday, they were showing -7°C across areas like Benson, it didn't drop below -2°C
Forecasts also showed temperatures circa 1°C for here, it clouded over last night, and it didn't drop below 5°C

Some of the worst forecasts I have ever seen in the past few weeks, and considering the main influence has been high pressure, it exacerbates it further.

Temp: 12.9°C - Hum: 49% - Dew: 2.4°C - Bar: 1036.91hPa - Wind: E @ 4mph.

Also the rain forecasts from various weak fronts have been way off the mark.

Interesting! Sharp showers with large raindrops from high based convection moving North to South!

Surprise showers this morning and very dull, all despite a pressure reading if nearly 1037mb!

A low of 1.7°C this morning, which is 3°C lower than what the MetO forecast.

Pretty cloudy today, and for the foreseeable. I'm not looking forward to any of this colder crap, even if it does bring a sprinkling of rain.

Temp: 12.6°C - Hum: 69% - Dew: 7°C - Bar: 1035.56hPa - Wind: W ~ WSW @ 6mph.

Another cracking morning, clear sky, temp 7C and a faint breeze from the ENE.

Not bad news from this morning's GFS vis the cold, unstable, snap. It has it very short lived with a very inclement day in Scotland on Monday, A general cold northerly on Tuesday and early Weds before the ridge starts nudging in late on Weds which gives way to a more zonal flow by Friday with Atlantic incursions. The further good news of course is that Cornwall is probably the best place to be.

Further to that early May is looking promising with a pattern change and some quite pleasant temps. :)

The ecm not that far from the gfs vis next week with Tuesday and Weds being in the cool unstable northerly with the ridge making itself felt by Weds evening. Fronts approaching Ireland from the west by 00z Friday. Again this part of the world in the best zone.

Seriously grey and boring here today.  Limited sunshine early in afternoon, but back to overcast again now.

Similar here but despite that at 17.1c max it was the warmest day since the summery Sunday nearly a fortnight ago.
