Expecting some snowflakes here a bit later on. Though looking at the rate it's moving we might be here until May waiting for it!

Well as seems to be the usual for some reason, any snow that does fall here looks to be from not long past nightfall, when I can't see it without going for a walk among the lampshades... which sounds like a pretty strange novel to me

Hubby reports it's snowing in central Bath, not a glimmer of anything here.

Just had a look at the radar, doesn't look likely we'll see anything here as the current band is too far east. Possible the second wave currently in the midlands might be far enough over to hit here, that's if it doesn't run out of steam before it gets this far south.

You see now this begs the question. How does it always snow where you are not?

My gut feel is that it doesn't people just day that it is, because you are not there and you would like to see some white stuff.

Oooo, he wouldn't dare tease like that, well at least not do it and get away without serious punishment. On the plus side, it is getting cloudier here.

Been snow flurries since about 1:30pm this afternoon, then cleared away 4pm, blue skies to end day. Clouded over in last 45 mins, before light snow flurries in last 15 minutes, left a very small dusting thus far, looks like its weakening as it moves south.

Light snow here. Just enough to see it in the light by the front door.

As a consolation prize it's a lovely starry starry night with a stunning full moon.

Snowing in Stroud - it's light, but 'proper' snow compared to earlier.  The new white led street lights are much better than the orange ones!

Skies have cleared here slightly to reveal the Snow Moon, shall be lucky if it stays clear for the partial eclipse later though.
