In 1987 a little booklet was published entitled. Meteorology and World War 11, edited by Brian D. Giles

It contained the transcripts of papers given at a conference organised by the History of Meteorology and Physical Oceanography (Specialist Group of the Royal Meteorological Society) and held in the Department of Geography, University of Birmingham, on the 25 October 1986.

The papers were delivered by internationally renowned meteorologists, the one above by R.A.S. Ratcliffe, and are now as far I'm aware kept by the Imperial War Museum. Anyway I thought they may be of interest to some so a poor PDF version of the Bomber Command paper.
