If you are getting the Hotel Shuttle from DFW on no account use the courtesy phone to try to arrange it.

Best ring the hotel direct on yourr mobile and do it from inside terminal D and make sure they understand its D.

Got so frustrated got a taxi in the end. 

 

Oh and I've called the hot tub!
