ukmo 144 is a big concern for me actually.

Serious risk of the atlantic getting in before any easterly .

Block is to strong it will be going faster backwards in future runs!

Every time the temperature is set to drop with the weather, the temperature certainly rises in this forum. All good fun though!

Some people are a bit sensitive in here tonight. Let’s all make snowmen (hopefully) and be happy ?

EDIT: best say snowmen and snowwomen or just snow people in case that offends anyone. ?

BBC weekly forecast coming up on Countryfile, my bet is that they don't mention Snow and just say "turning colder later in week.

Think people need to remember that every run for the next few days will show a different variation on the incoming Easterly (of sorts) some will be better for others and not so for many if it's snow and deep cold you want.

Tonights ecm a good example in lala land, cold much further south with high always close by and retrogressing to greenland. So not much in the way of snow!

This will be a long two weeks, and i bet people will be chasing the end of this cold spell before it even starts... guarantee you that for free.

It won't give much away to be honest, turning colder and that is it. May hint at next weekend potentially turning much colder with snow.

However it is next weekend into following week that the real fun starts, so next sundays countryfile weather forecast will be interesting to say the least
