Leeds looking to be the sweet spot judging by the radar a steady stream of heavy showers pushing in.

Just in time for sunset.

Hopefully here in London will get hammered.

Looking on the radar there is quite a bit of snow on the way for most of West Yorkshire. The best time of day too when it should start settling.

Heavy snow and gusty winds here now. Again, this shower came through hornsea on the way to west yorkshire.  Looks like lots more to come!

Shows after heavy shower here. A thick cover developing. Probably 2 inches and drifted more in places now in North Sheffield. Some epic showers!

At the moment, we're a tad too north.....catch the extreme top of the showers at best...for now...

Just getting the edges of snow showers here winds swung more to the north east. Struggling to settle away from the grass though.

Well over an inch now in the spots where the sun hasnt caught the snow, so not bad for mid-march. Some slight drifting but its nice to see a decent covering on the grass and some other surfaces :)

Lets see what the evening brings, im sure we'll all be here watching and posting about it......we know how to rock and roll on a Saturday night dont we lol!!!:cold:

Had a number of heavy showers recently, in succession, so we now have a covering.

Accumulating in North Lincs now as the intensity of the sun has gone. Just put some stuff in the bin outside and the cold really made me skin throb.

I think drifting could be a nuisance but in Lincolnshire again, I drove across the wolds a week after the last snow and was amazed at the volume of drifts and ploughed snow on the sides of all the roads from Humberside airport to Thorpe St Peter.

Really heavy shower. Snow covering all surfaces and blowing everywhere in strong winds. Temp down to -2c

In fairness, it was largely dry and reasonably sunny until the past hour, so his/her moaning earlier was probably justified!

It's also down to -2C which is actually the coldest temperature of the day.
