We might see some unexpected snow tomorrow.

At least for Southern areas of region.

Is that some kind of feature coming in from the North West on the radar?

Seems to be pepping up the shower activity just to our North anyway?

Probably be rain even if we do get anything but fingers crossed for an hour of sleet at least!

Edit just noticed I am the only member in here which tells it's own story about this wonderful 'cold spell' we are all enjoying!

I'm sat at Queensbury Tesco waiting for it to arrive. Good covering of snow still up here.

You should at least get snow at your altitude!

The radar is definitely breaking out especially the Irish Sea.  Looks like some kind of trough is incoming?  :cc_confused:

One of the advantages of not having a missus is I can just do this! Although my rabbits will be wondering where their dinner is! Currently a light flurry, maybe have to accept defeat on this one!

Give it another half hour and you might be in luck!

Not sure the rabbits would agree though!  :pardon:

Looks like I am too far South but who knows.....

Yes we might get a covering out of this, night time helps! Looks like little trough yeah.

Sunday looked good on BBC weather just now! Shame it won't last but could be a spell of heavy snow. Will be nice to watch anyway :)

Well what a horrid start to morning. Sleet and wet snow which froze making a skating ring. For out six of the team I worked in fall over on the ice and decided it was best to forget the xray department and go another day. Could have a repeat later on if that decaying band of showers reaches us.

Icon has got nothing right. It shows heavy snow tomorrow and it will only snow above 250m lol It's not worth the paper it's writ on

Agreed!  I am sure many of us will at least see some snow falling on Sunday but I would be very surprised if any of it accumulates below 150 - 200 metres.

For here Sunday will probably  be all rain frontal events here are rubbish unless there already bitterly cold air in place  actually looking forward to some spring like weather next week if it stay dry. And Maybe Feb might produce something worthwhile for us low lying area's. Love to see an potent Northerly or North Easterly with snow showers piling of the North sea none of this marginal stuff.
