It's snowing again here, but it's not doing any damage. Have to say I've just been out with the dog and it's nowhere near as cold as I expected it to be. The snow is melting quicker than I expected too. 

p.s. the dog loved it...

Tomorrow and Thursday do look considerably colder and winds pick up too - it'd be nice to at least get the grass properly covered!

What fell here earlier seems to be melting fairly rapidly. Not surprised given that the sun is a bit stronger by the end of February.... though I am surprised that given the severe depth of cold we apparently have, it’s happening as quick as it is.

Well I'm not disappointed so far got snow cover if this is the best we get then yes might be but only weather not the end of the world. Just need an few  more heavy showers.

Yep the heavy snow coming down just now has melted on impact and melted the tiny covering we did have!  You could not make it up!  The one thing I was not worried about today was marginality!

You have to laugh or otherwise you would cry!  

I feel like sausage right now!!  :wallbash::rofl:

Mega snow here replacing the dusting which thawed earlier. Tempertaures below zero so this snow has a lot of pollution in it. Just scraped 0.5mm possibly.

North Sea update..... here are some pics I've just taken whilst out and about at Spurn. Dark to the North nor so dark to the East clear to the South East and finally a good shower heading over the Humber towards Immingham/ Killingholme

It's below freezing but the heavy snow shower we just had struggled to leave even an icing sugar dusting on the grass.

Yup as expected further upgrades with the Amber warning more south affecting parts of the north ad north east of our region with it extended to Thursday also..

absolutely gutting ? it all looked so good :(

oh well, moaning wont change it  

Bring on spring! I want some warmth if i cant have decent snow ?
