It's very annoying to see areas to the west of us do better then us when it's coming from the east! My fear is we get a cm or 2 from this and that will be it. Been like 8 years since had any proper snow!

any one know how well north yorks will do ,I in dales near Harrogate...

The met say this

This Evening and Tonight:

Remaining cold with frequent snow showers through the evening, interspersed with brief clear spells. A more persistent period of snow is likely during the early hours, especially heavy across North Yorkshire, potentially bringing significant accumulations more widely. Minimum temperature -3 °C.

Don't know what's happened to the frequent snow showers? One would be nice.

Yeah looking like north and west yorkshire will fair best from this feature!

Infact looking at radar loop there is a chance that the heavy stuff may miss us all

They've almost died out up here as trough approaches from north east.

Seeing that it will miss us here in South Yorks, just hope it helps shower activity to pep up.

Looks like another bust for us then. We just can't catch a break this winter, can we? Always too far north or too far south.

There's a great big mass of snow in the north sea and it's heading our way, tomorrow morning should be very snowy according to my app:D
