Thank you, it went spookly quiet for a while but is now kicking back In to gear.

Yep that's when I went to bed, highest gust here was at around 5:30 80 mph. Was fast asleep and it didn't wake me. Some caravans got trashed in capel and some trees down here and there. Some sort of sea emergency that was in the news apparently although I haven't watched any TV today.

Snow would be even better:cold:

Not before Christmas thanks. Far too much drama and crap British infrastructure not coping. Let that happen in Jan or Feb!

Nice chilly sunny days and frosty/foggy nights would be ideal though.

Went out to shoot some pool, and found out a friend of mines window frame was broke by the storm last night.

Properly grotty morning here, yuck. Hopefully some sunshine will break through today.

Rain has just started here, not much wind about at the min. Largest gust over night was 50 mph at about 5:30 again. Winds seem to like that time around here lol.

What an awful day so far. Radar showing the rain has intensified over the last couple of hours. The London area about to get drenched.

Absolutely tipping it down here. Garden looks like a mud bath right now!

Currently in between downpours, PB. Currently, it's 12C with a fresh SE wind...Yet more drenchings to come, methinks?

Can confirm an hour of very heavy rain has passed through here, some tropical intensity bursts in there! Huge puddles and flooded areas everywhere. Am soaked :nonono:

My in-laws obviously think I need more clothing stuffs so gave me a clothing gift card for my Birthday. New pair of jeans arrived today which will go well with the new boots that are coming soon. Hubs brought me the complete sims2, my favourite all time game as i lost my others but one doesn't work so hes re- ordered me it. Hours of fun. I can make it snow all year long.

Hubs did the school run as i was awaiting the man with a van, but it's dark and raining. Hooray. maybe it will stop by 3:05pm.

I have dark and gloomy on one side, and sunshine with some blue sky on the other. Also there is a lovely double rainbow.

Rain is easing off now, lots of surface water about and my dog can't wait to get out and enjoy the mud bath!!
