One side of the road clear the other a good covering with the snow blowing over that side. Proper drifting later if it does snow heavy

To put things in to perspective my sledge was empty earlier and just took it in and there was 3 inches on it crazy.

I’ll join you - I’ll be far too jealous of everyone’s snow pictures to not eat it!

Just starting to lightly snow in Pontarddulais

Yes hopefully won't take long now for the heavier stuff to reach us, snow picking up a bit here now but very small flakes, need those proper big fluffy flakes!

Batten them down, she's knocking at our door and I don't think it will even peak until 8-10pm later!

Snizzle coming down fast now, finally enough to start to accumulate on all surfaces. Temp is -3.3 C

On the teaspoon scale I believe I may have enough for a few mouthfuls. :)

People on facebook are driving me barmy! Even calling me a liar for saying this is going to happen. And even after showing them the radar of what's coming up beneath us they still won't believe me!

it is changing all the time, one minute we are in Magor 50% heavy snow, then 95% then 70%, I expect it is just a wait and see type of thing.

Blimey that's a lot of snow heading our way! Been non stop here since I got up at 6.30. Lot of swirling, drifting and bald spots (pinching the description) lol. Suspect a pipe is frozen cos water isn't draining out of my bathroom sink ?

Shame I can’t defrost frozen pipes outside ... currently filling hot water containers from the house as everything frozen outside ... no water = no milk !!

140 to get water to ☹️

Nicely tucked up back at home now. Main routes really starting to get a covering, although the M4 still flowing when I went over it. Now to enjoy an extended, snowy weekend. There's already a tidy mini-drift at my front door (aided by the door step). Bring it on!

Kudos to @andymusic's ramping, which could be going on for some days yet!! :yahoo:
