Some parts of the west have been removed from the amber warning but i wouldn't be surprised to see heavier pulses work in here at times next few hours

Not surprised, is a few cm enough for an amber? We are still in though so i think we will see around 5 - 7 cm.

And here!! :cold::yahoo:

It doesn't look much but it's blowing the snow like mad! It's soft , velvety snow, lush!

Not a good sign for those out West...  but I've flicked through most of the models and looked at the radar... From my observation I think nearly all the models have underdone the precipitation in the South UK/Wales

That's a good sign I hope

Upgrades in the east, downgrades in the west!

Looking at the radar , the initial pulse of heavier precipitation can’t quite make it west of Pyle / Porthcawl ..

Agonisingly close for further west but it could still change a bit .

The sweet spot has been well forecast it would seem .
