I can confirm it is snowing flat out in Crumlin. Large flakes to, ground just to wet at minute.

Torrential shower here in Antrim.   Turned to snow.  Huge flakes!! I'm only 50m up.

Looking quiet on the radar for here for a while. The met office forecast is up and down like a yo yo. One minute showing heavy snow over night, then just light sleet.

Just rain with a few flakes here so far-doesn't qualify as sleet even. Snowing on the Glenshane though.

Light snow shower here lasted just a few minutes. Looking a little quiet but its still very early.

Slider looks excellent for Ulster counties and parts of Connaught and Leinster. 

GFS 12z has 6 to 9 hours of moderate snowfall.

No doubt will all change by then.

Nothing here but cold wind and rain and the odd sqaull of hail.

I'm probably too low and close to the Atlantic for snow.

I agree sometimes it takes one big hit and the rest is much easier. Relatively quiet here still
