That large band of 'sleet' falling as heavy snow with lovely big flakes for past 15mins, would need to keep going

No lying snow here, constant sleety mix with few snowflakes unfortunately :nonono:

Heavy precipitation has arrived, more hail than snow but still lying and might intensify further inland
