Just back and yes it was cold.

hardest part was trying to stand up on snow covering ice with a gale blowing.

Looking at the radar there's plenty of something getting very close to the east of our region.

will it cross the Pennines and if so, what will fall.

edit..... Light snow just started again here so looking good for when/if the main event arrives.

Not sure but there's a big area of something within touching distance of here now so I'd imagine we'll know what we are getting within the next hour.

from a selfish point of view I could do with it waiting until after the football but I doubt it will.
