Lightest of snow falling here, just leaving a dusting.  Surprising, an hour or so ago the showers seemed to be dying out over land, now they are at least maintaining their energy off the Irish sea.

plenty of showers currently showing across the Lakes so we should start seeing more widespread snow over the next hour or so.

unless of course the wind veers more westerly again and North Yorkshire steals them off us.

The front just coming into north scotland appears to be more westerly positioned than I would have thought.  That could be good news when we wake up early tomorrow.

Been hailing and snowing on and off for ages. Just drove to Llangollen, thought there'd be loads there. Nothing at all anywhere!
