Idea for next update for netweather radar

I think an important omission from the radar is cloud breaks 

when there is no precipitation the radar is blank which is fine - but there is no way of telling of telling if there are cloudy skies or cloud breaks

In the same way that on the BBC forecasts you can tell that there are overcast skies, cloud breaks and sunny intervals or unbroken sunshine from the different shading of brown and yellow 

It would be good to have this as an extra feature - but I guess the problem how this data could be obtained and uploaded realtime - just as in the same way the rainfall radar data is from the met office
